You probably would not want to see this guy on your table. He was way too alive and probably would be kind of messy. I photographed this wild turkey at the Dodge Nature Center back on the 29th of June.
You know people talk about Turkey Vultures being ugly, but never talk about these being ugly. They don't look that different to me. And they have never seen a Turkey Vulture soaring in the sky to say that.
