Sulphur cinquefoil is an invasive member of the rose family that came to North America from Europe in the early 1900's. Originally a native of the eastern Mediterranean area its first known appearance in North America was in Ontario, Canada. Since then it has spread through out much of the northern part of the continent.
Lovely color and fine details. I like the how well the center of the flower came out.
