    oooH baby, those are fabulous shots! I see a lot of spotted sandpipers on the deserted beaches of Cape Breton, but have never come home with photos such as these! ~karen

    What a very beautifully marked bird it is!
    I have never seen anyone quite so spotty before. Quite charming.
