Red-tailed Hawk in Lake City, MN
On my way back from the golden eagle field trip I came across a red-tailed hawk at the rest stop.
While I was photographing the red-tail a sharp-shinned or Cooper's hawk flew by chasing a small passerine. It happened so quickly that I did not have time to get a shot.
So instead I got a different angle on the red-tail.
