Beautiful shot we had a couple clumps of those come up in our yard a couple of years ago but I didn't know what they were called. Helen

Friendship is the most beautiful relationship on earth. Share this wonderful relationship with the most beautiful object on earth the flowers. Flower is the symbol of joy, love, happiness, and passion. Every flower has its own image and importance and its own emotion symbol.

Meaningful shot (symbolizes the three magic words and thanks for sharing the name!

You might know the names of some flowers that I have posted, coz I don't know them. Hope to see you!

I lobve that flower and its cheerful late blooming habit -- but you know what -- I hate the name. I'm on a campaign to rename native flowers with appealing names -- so many of them are "firedeathbitinginsectevilweed" or just plain ugly words like "wort". The nursery trade renames plants all the time -- who anymore calls a kiwi fruit a "Chinese gooseberry"?

So, suggestions for names? :-)

PS love your site and photos, just keeping positive!
