Oh, I love the big open valleys and big skies of Yellowstone. This looks like Hayden Valley, or maybe Lamar.

Nice shot and great composition! For some reason it makes me want to go watch an old John Wayne movie. lol

I love all of your pictures and can't wait to look through your blog some more. I tried to take pics of 2 eagles flying today and failed miserably. I can't seem to get a good one in focus. I tried manual mode and TV mode, but they were still blurry. I'm hoping to learn how to capture them in flight someday. :)
