Sky by Frances May

Lie underneath the azure sky
and watch the clouds float on by
the little boats bob in the sea
the rose red apples in the tree

Lie underneath the azure sky
and watch the birds as they fly
the old fishermen in the sea
turn right around and look at me

What a wonderful sky/water scape. Wetlands like this are prevalent on the North Fork of Long Island too providing great natural habitat for birds and other creatures and quiet contemplative places for people. Very nice.

Oh that is a lovely setting, very quiet and the ducks nesting on those hays seem to be very contented that nothing will interfere with them. So beautiful

Lovely puffy clouds.

What a beautiful and peaceful spot ... I could watch those clouds all day long ... except it looks like maybe there is a chilly wind blowing across the water.

LauraX sent me the link to your dragonfly post. It's absolutely gorgeous! I love the heart, and have featured it on this week's Guest Heart Thursday.
