Colorado Water Lily

Here is another hardy water lily that I photographed this summer at the Como Zoo water garden. All of these water lilies are grown in pots so that they can be moved indoors for the winter. During the summer they are submerged in water outside of the Zoo and conservatory entrance. This species is called the Colorado.
