Every once in a while while I am out in search of some wildlife to photograph something catches my interest and I need to stop and take a pic, even though it may not have anything to do with nature. Back in September I headed up to Duluth to do some training at Hawk Ridge. Afterwards I headed down to Park Point to do some birding when I saw this guy out parachute surfing on Lake Superior. It looked fun but I had to think to myself that the guy had to be a bit crazy. After all I don't think that Lake Superior gets very warm, especially on a windy September day.

i would have to agree with you ... he must be a bit crazy or enjoys freezing water. Fun shot.
I don't want to try it but it does look like fun, I like to watch them. They make great photographs, though.
this too is Nature :) I am kajaking and I find that to be very much nature.
