During the summer in Minnesota people spend a lot of time near the water, whether fishing, boating, tubing or just visiting the beach. It is during the winter however, that we all have to live and deal with water on a daily basis. That is water in its solid form, meaning snow and ice. Even though it can be a pain, especially to ones back when shoveling, it can also be quite beautiful and enjoyable.

Imaginative take on Watery Wednesday! And a beautiful photograph. I always thought Maine had cold, harsh winters, until I made friends with some people from Minnesota and learned what winter was like there! ~karen
absolutely beautiful
So beautiful! I can't believe we have no snow here so far. It has snowed heavily all around me the last couple of days but went around my area!
That could be at my home!!! We also have a lot of snow and very cold!! About -15°C, brrrrr.
Very beautiful here especially together with that awesome blue sky :)
