Wood Lilly

The wood lily is a common wild flower that blooms in June and July here in Minnesota. They are usually found growing in prairie openings, edges of woodlands and along the roadsides.

I love the wood lily...although we don't have them as wildflowers here in Florida...at least I don't think so...we do have them in our gardens however ;) Beautiful coloring.

So lovely lily, lovely color.
The butterfly is also great, I'm so fond of these fine insects.
